GARAGE DOOR RE-PAINTING – DO YOU HAVE PAINT COLOR ENVY?
Villas painting is currently a ten-year cycle. If your villa was painted in 2018, 2019 or 2020, it will not be painted with the new color schemes until 2028, 2029 or 2030. To relieve your paint color envy, the Villas’ board has approved painting of garage doors with the traditional trim color (Country Twill) at the home owner’s expense for $135 (check or cash) paid directly to Approved Painting. It is an individual villa’s owner decision and, it is not necessary for both roof mates to paint their garage doors. Any homeowner who is due for painting in the next three years can also have their garage doors painted Country Twill at their expense.
