‘Service Requests and Who to Contact’ Guide
Exterior service-related issues are covered by the “Who’s Responsible Guide” and managed by various committee members. Homeowners must submit a Service Request for any work or repairs the Villas Association is responsible for addressing, in accordance with the “Who’s Responsible Guide.”
Villas Service Requests are submitted to, and managed by, FirstService Residential, the Villas property management company, and various committee members.
How to submit a Service Request
