PERMITS: HOA2 and Villas Permits Committee handle all permits (FirstService IS NOT involved)
- Any proposed alteration to the exterior of the building must be reviewed and put through the permitting process, including but not limited to, satellite dishes, rain gutters, patio extensions/enclosures, screen/security doors, etc. If you are considering an alteration – Contact: Chair, Satellite Dishes – Ted Johnson, 520-820-1353, permits@sbvillas2.com and Chair, All other Permits – Frank Motley, 520-780-8163, permits@sbvillas2.com
SNAKE REMOVAL: If you observe a snake in or around your property, you should call 911.  The Golder Ranch Fire Department will respond, capture, and relocate it.
