- Peeling paint/stucco
- Roof and exterior wall issues
- Door and window issues and failures are not covered by the HOA.
- Doors and windows are the owner’s responsibility. If leaks around windows and water affecting interior sheetrock, ceiling and walls are determined to be from a roof or exterior wall failure, the HOA is responsible for mitigating the problem on the roof/exterior but is not responsible for any damage on the interior. (Homeowner/homeowner insurance responsibility.)
